Week 3

Que Pasa!? I have received the mother load of all emails and am now satisfied! Thanks to everyone for sending them and making me feel loved! I love you all right back!
Life here is alot of work but alot of fun too! Our teachers are just fun, same with our district. As you know I love fun sayings and phrases - The best current one is "Que en el Mundo!?" ( or what in the world ) We say it alll day-Cada Dia! We also just joke and realease our stress through lauging.
One of our elders says this about our food." I am thinkin today we are gunna have bread- lots of bread. We can also count on rice and probably some boney chicken. One sketchy egg side dish with fish and a gelitan dessert that is ....almost delicious. Two types of juces one good, the other... slightly iffy" HAAH truer words have never been spoken.
We also have this joke where we will pick up the elders suit jackets and since the zone leaders are kinda lame, we joke " Our suits arrived- didnt you hear? Were the new zone leaders" ( well its probably funnier if you were here hahah)
When I pray in class I kinda mess it up everytime and here are some of the things I pray for -I have prayed to bless us with Jesus Christ - To bring blessing upon Joseph Smith - and say how I am greatful that God enchants us. Its pretty funny actually.
We teach everyday and night and last night we taught some Latino elders and then they taught us. It was such an eye opener! I thought I was doing good haha, then they taught us this perfect lesson about the Restoration and we were like, welp, time to work harder! Our lesson was pretty bad that time. I was talking - in broken spanish- about prophets but our whole lesson was planned on prayer, so I am trying to loop it back to prayer and just in my mind thinking " WHAT THE HECK AM I DOING!" that's what we think alot here haha. Most the time its a swing and a miss and we learn from our mistakes but occasionally we have that great lesson that just brings the Spirit. The pamphlets we teach with are basically the best thing in the world! They are Money!
After one particualarly bad lesson my comp and I were pretty frustrated. So we were upset and our teacher ( in spanish) was telling us just how its ok - this is hard- but don't worry be happy ha. He showed us these certain verses in D&C 136 and sorry I dont remeber right now but I think it was like 19-25 or somthing! But basically they just said how we need to be humble and brought down for God to lift us up. And He will. Alot about humility and I dont think >I have been this low or humble before, so this when the Lord can work with me the most and I am betting on that. I am having faith in that. My comp and I just had a good cry after that haha.
Yo se que este Evangelio bendice familias y Dios dio respuestas a mi cuando Pregunte. ( really dont know if that is even right haha!)
