Week 46

Earthquake? What Earthquake, I'm pretty sure there was one in Chile but not here. We felt it, but just a little temblor. Chicitito. Don't worry the Riot is also over. They say they are going to start again on the 12th. I went to Lima and came back fine at 4 in the morning and woke up at 6:30. Lets just say my exercises0 that day consisted of laying on the ground moving my arms haha.

CONFERENCE! It always fills my soul with this Peace and Spirit that is special to conference.  I tried to look for you guys but didn't see anyone sadly! (Cameron - what happened I thought you were going to run up on stage and hug the prophet ?haha) We had 4 investigators actually come to the conference and WOW ¨You can put your money on the prophet!¨haha

The best though is BRYAN. This kid is the best! He is 24 and he has been searching and investigating, but everytime we invite him to baptism, he says No. That he is not ready. Well he is ready now! We taught him the Word of Wisdom which is important. Also the Law of Chastity because I think, if someone is searching for an answer through the Holy Ghost and they aren't living these commandments, they aren't clean, then the Holy Ghost is not going to talk to somone who is not clean. So yeah we had an intense lesson on Alcohol and everything and he was like...Well great I was invited to go drink tonight but not -?I'm just going to be bored all night haha. I was like GOOD! Anyway he came to this farwell of another elder and HE BORE HIS TESTIMONY! Then he came to choir practice with the YSA and he left to go teaching with the elders some  lessons! Whaaaaaa! In the last 2 days he has progressed so much! He is sooooooooooooooooo going to accept the baptism invitation tomorrow! He is the best! I love finding and teaching people like him and seeing the process of real conversion!

Life is good. It's just a continual proccess of being humbled and having to change things and trying again and again and again. Especially with the local leadership here. They are just so new. We are never satisfied here. It's a pretty crazy life and it's hard. It is. Just because there is no rest. But it's so fullfilling and I am lucky to be here. I hope I don't make it sound bad because  I think it's better then you think. It's so great here. Especially the food! And the missionaries and all the members! Also the best part is the NEVER ENDING PERSONAL  REVELATION, COMFORT, AND GROWTH!  I am always learning and coming closer to the scriptures and the Savior. MI ALMA ES LLENA Y NO PUEDE EXPRESSARME COMO QUIERO! TAMBIEN ESTOY AGREDICIDO QUE SE ESPANOL Y DIOS ME HA BENDICIDO CON UNA FAMILIA  TAAAAAAAN BUENASASASO!. NUNCA VOY A OLVIDAR ESTAS COSAS.

Hermana Quist.
