Week 29

HOLA! Well time for the big news! ANOTHER EMERGENCY TRANSFER! Whaaa?!  Yep so on Wednesday we got a phone call and they said Drose was to leave in 2 hours so we had to pack her bags super fast and then go get my new companion. Her name is Hermana Wickline. Yes she is American! whaa!? But she is also brand new and I am her trainer. The hardest part is we can't speak in English because she really needs to learn Spanish! It's THE  hardest ever. Actually its impossible. She was sick and that's why we had the emergency transfer. But she is better now! I am working her hard these last couple days. haha

Its was sad to see Drose go, but hey we are just set on living with each other after the mission, so we be cool with whatever the Lord wants to do with us! I am excited for the opportunity to train. It's already a great learning experience. I have to be responsible and stuff...weird haha jk. I do have to teach and talk alot more and handle everything. But I'm good. Actually I'm great. This is such a great thing. This mission thing. Never been happier.

We had an investigator...the crazy one...say he wanted to get baptized! But he was walking in the street so we were sneaky and followed him and he went right into the Catholic church. Areee youuu kiiiiiiiding me? So yeah we have some work to do there.

The Christmas Devo was super cool. I was watchin it in the stake center with everyone...dimmed lights...great environment for the spirit. And I just got an overwhelming confirmation when Elder Nelson was speaking and the pictures of Christ were showing, that Christ is my Savior. It just amazes me how it doesn't matter who you are how much you know, the spirit is free and given to all men forever and whenever. I have had this confirmation so many times in my life and I love how he keeps giving it to me again and again! Now I just want to take this to the people I am teaching here. It doesn't matter what I say, just the spirit I bring because that's the only thing that is going to make them change.

I love you all and have a good Christmas season!

Love, Hermana Quist
